For our sales and service organisation in Harworth / Great Britain, we are searching for a:

Business Administration Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

- Financial management including all statutory returns and management of the sales administration, purchasing and credit control

- Prospective independent management of all payment transactions, tax reports and financial statements

- Payroll processing and submission of all regulatory returns on time

- Create employee contracts

- Monthly management account preparation

- Budget preparation and reporting against actual

- Monitoring of dealer credit limits and cash collect

- Managing, motivating and developing the administration team

Your qualifications:

- Certificate in Business Administration

- Certificate in Bookkeeping

- Experience in office management, accounting and inventory

- Management experience, team and customer care oriented, self-motivated as well as the ability to work independently

Territory Aftersales Service Manager (m/f)
- North-East England & East Midlands

Your responsibilities:

- To provide field-based technical service and parts support to our dealers and customers across this key-geographical area

Your qualifications:

- The successful candidate will have an extensive agricultural background

- Will have a formal qualification in agricultural engineering

- Will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems

- Will have good communication skills and have a committed approach to customer care

- Will be self-motivated with a flexible, professional approach and show a desire to learn

- A knowledge of the German language would be an advantage

Aftersales Support Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

- To provide in-house technical service and parts support to our dealers and customers via e-mail and telephone

Your qualifications:

- The successful candidate will have an extensive agricultural background

- Will have a formal qualification from an agricultural college

- Will have good communication skills and have a committed approach to customer care

- Will be self-motivated with a flexible, professional approach and show a desire to learn

- A knowledge of the German language would be an advantage
